NWCF has given me a community of hardworking, dedicated people with the common goal of bettering themselves and their physical abilities. I’ve never felt like I belong more in a place than I do at NWCF.
Favorite movement: Deadlift and Cleans
Least favorite movement: I don’t really have a least favorite movement. Any movement I don’t like at the time, I see as an opportunity to get better at.
Favorite WOD: I’m a huge fan of interval weight training. That is, heavy weights followed by bursts of cardio/endurance movements.
My motivation as a coach: I love seeing my members achieve something they have been working on for a while or improve in areas that have been challenging them. I love giving feedback and having that transfer into success.
