Our main CrossFit program is aimed towards increasing your quality of life.  We believe this type of training is the “fountain of youth.”  Life is full of both known and unknowable tasks and your fitness should be geared towards being successful at everything you may encounter. Whether it’s a powder day at Chrystal, a pick-up game with your 9-year old in the backyard, or finding yourself in a life and death situation where you are dependent on your physical and mental abilities, CrossFit training can help.

Our program is based on 3 factors:

Safety  

We simply want you to be as safe as possible, so take your time and work on form first before you add any intensity.

Efficacy

We want you to get something out of your training.  We want you to be engaged inside your body, listen to yourself and move with confidence.  At that point we want you to get something out of every training session.  It will involve putting in some effort and some element of intensity (within reason) that triggers a response from your body in strength, coordination and pride.  Why pride?  We want you to be proud of yourself for making decisions that change your life for the better!

Efficiency

We don’t want to take years to do something that we can do in months.  Challenging yourself to be consistent with your training will help you stay motivated and on top of your fitness.  This feeds on itself.  You can lose unwanted weight and increase muscle and feel amazing within just a couple weeks due to being consistent!
