Where it all begins
For many getting started in CrossFit can be intimidating. There is lots of unfamiliar stuff; strange acronyms, whiteboards with names and numbers, workouts that are identified by womens names...and where the heck are all the Nautilus weight machines? There is so much that is unfamiliar. The Beginning CrossFit Series was created to address this issue and create a foundation on which to build our clients future fitness. It is a set of classes designed to introduce people to the fundamental movements and concepts of CrossFit. The emphasis of the Beginning Series is skill development and exposure to the basic elements of our program. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing CrossFit group classes. We will be emphasizing technique and lay the foundation that will ensure your success at the next level. This is the safest and surest way that we can help those new to CrossFit get started.
Our Beginning CrossFit series consists of 6 classes over the course of 2 weeks. Class sizes are kept small to ensure adequate individual attention from our coaches through out the course. - The next Beginning CrossFit series starts September 15th at Bellevue and September 7th at Greenlake!
- The cost for the series is $200 and includes entry into our regular CrossFit classes for the following 2 weeks after completion of the class.
- You are welcome to attend the first class with no obligation.
- Bellevue classes meet M/W at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 11am
- Greenlake classes meet T/Th at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 12pm
Once you have finished the Beginning CrossFit series you will have a good start on the basics and be able to continue your skill and athletic development in our CrossFit Classes. Consistency is very important and we encourage members to come in at least 3 days a week. At this rate you will see noticeable progress in your fitness as we continue to perfect technique and improve your athletic skill.
1 on 1 Coaching?
We offer 1 on 1 coaching as well as small group coaching for clients that would like more individual attention than what our class setting can offer. Please contact us for available times and pricing.
