I started coaching fitness back in 2013 and have never looked back. Through coaching, I have personally grown so much and made so many friends throughout the years. The first time I walked through the doors here at GLSC, I felt so welcomed by the community and staff. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to serve so many quality human beings!

My motivation as a coach: It really fills my heart to be a part of a person’s health and fitness journey. I am constantly inspired by individuals who are able to prioritize their health and fitness. I believe the gym should be fun and my goal is to have you leaving each day feeling proud and excited about the time you spent here.
